Under Peruvian consumer protection regulations, every business must have a Complaints Book available to its customers.

This section is still being finalized: to publish the formal Complaints Book we need real legal business data (tax ID, legal name, and registered address) that the owner has not yet provided. We won't invent that information or pretend a complaint was officially registered while no real storage mechanism exists.
